2020 Nissan Leaf SL+

Good afternoon folks.  Have a question for you.  Having a 2020 Leaf SL+ delivered by Carvana.  Looks like a driver left it on while traveling from IL.  subsequently draining both the traction battery and the house battery.  They replaced the house battery and was able to charge HV battery.  But the dash cluster did not boot up.  Has anyone had this happen or know of a reset process?  Thanks in advance.

Disconnect the 12v and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.  Be sure the 12v
is fully charged and is stiff enough not to "droop" when a load is
applied.  (Best is to use a tester that employs the transconductance
method; Midtronics or similar)  Then when you connect it back, do so
without "bouncing" the last connection (should be negative).
