unknown Curtis/Albright contactor. Looking for info on it.

MPaulHolmes
There are lots of curtis/albright reversing contactors (up to 80v) for sale on Ebay by the same guy selling the 72v 400amp controllers, but the part number doesn't turn up anything except for a couple Chinese websites (in chinese).  Does anyone know the specs on these? (like dute cycle at a given current)

Seems to me the Albrights I've seen have been made in the UK.  Maybe these
are knockoffs?

What bothers me more about the Ebay listing is "Removed from new runnimg
(sic) vehicles."  They're parting out new EVs???

DC182B is a 150 amp Albright contactor.  B means magnetic blowouts for higher voltage.  The last 4 digits identify the specific product. http://www.tecknowledgey.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=57_60&products_id=522

It does not say if they parted them out.
your "new EVs" = nEVs is correct, these controllers
come from Neighborhood Electric Vehicles.
I do not know if they were upgraded or scrapped or
converted to (gulp) gas engine.
Possibly the contactor was part of the upgrade and these
are now more powerful NEVs.
You can ask him to clarify if you care. His text in the Q&A is:
"These are removed from small neighborhood electric vehicles. These controllers are two years old, but they have not been used to power said vehicles. The term "used" means that they have been removed from the packaging and placed into the vehicles, but they have not seen any mileage."
